Biographies
Peter Citron is currently Head of Practice Development and Knowhow for the Competition and EU Law practice area of Lovells. Peter has responsibilities in knowhow, training, and marketing for the Lovells' antitrust practice in all its European offices.
Prior to joining Lovells in September 2005, Peter was an in-house lawyer at Euroclear, and a managing associate at Linklaters in both their London and Brussels offices. Peter is currently undertaking an MBA in legal practice at Nottingham Law School.
Peter is based in Brussels.

Sinead Kelly, Professional Support Lawyer, A&L Goodbody Solicitors
Sinead is a solicitor and member of the Knowledge team at A&L Goodbody and has acted as a dedicated Professional Support Lawyer for the Corporate Department for three years. She is increasingly involved in providing targeted knowledge services to the firm's clients, and participating in the development of client related products and services.
The knowledge team at A&L Goodbody provides support to the firm's lawyers and clients to ensure the delivery of solution-focused legal advice of the highest quality. The team recently won the European award for 'Best Management of Knowledge' and was the runner-up in the overall category at the Managing Partners Forum (2007) European Practice Management Awards . This is the first time an Irish law firm has received recognition in the overall ( UK and Europe ) category for its work in knowledge development.

Annette Magnusson, Professional Development Lawyer, Mannheimer Swartling
Annette is a Professional Development Lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling in Stockholm , Sweden . She is responsible for practice development and knowledge management of litigation and arbitration for all of Mannheimer Swartling's offices.
Prior to joining Mannheimer Swartling in 2007, Ms. Magnusson was head of knowledge management at the Stockholm office of Baker & McKenzie. In addition, she worked with global KM-development at Baker & McKenzie.
Ms. Magnusson has practised international commercial arbitration for seven years at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, most recently as its Deputy Secretary General, and is the author and co-editor of several articles and books on international commercial arbitration. John Worrall, Senior Professional Support Lawyer, White & Case LLP
John is the Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the London office of US headquartered, global law firm White & Case, where there are now 12 London-based PSLs. He is involved in both training and know-how initiatives, working closely with HR, Marketing, IT and the Library on a range of projects.
John joined White & Case in October 2000 to set up the professional support function, having previously been a professional support lawyer in Denton Wilde Sapte's banking and asset finance practice. He was an associate in the finance practice at Clifford Chance until 1997.

Mark Collins, Head of Knowledge, Nabarro
Mark is Head of Knowledge at Nabarro, where he is responsible for the firm's Knowledge Lawyers (PSLs), Knowledge Services (Library & Information) and Legal Training.
After practising for some years as a commercial litigator with Linklaters, Mark became a professional support lawyer at DLA. There he recruited and built a team of specialist PSLs. He has also worked in house at BT, where he gained greater understanding of IT and also the valuable perspective of the client, as Head of Knowledge Management for BT Group Legal. His IT skills were further enhanced at Herbert Smith, where Mark was Business Solutions Manager in the IT department, ensuring the firm's systems met user and business requirements. Until recently, Mark was Knowledge Management Partner at DAC.
With over 10 years practical experience, Mark is a highly skilled knowledge manager. His experience has taught him how knowledge management can achieve real business benefits for a law firm, where technology can help (and where it can't) and how to manage and inspire the cultural change required for these benefits to materialise.
Mark lives in North London and is married with two daughters, aged 10 and 7.

Tim is a Managing Professional Support Lawyer in Linklaters' Competition/Antitrust Team in London . Before becoming a PSL, he was a senior associate at Allen & Overy, advising on a wide range of transactional and behavioural work. Since becoming a PSL, Tim has worked on creating precedents, supporting the practice and mentoring junior associates, writing and delivering training and responding to consultations on proposed legislative changes. He is increasingly undertaking strategic work relating to identifying the global needs of his practice and devising solutions to perceived knowhow and training needs, specifically in relation to knowledge capture and retention.

Cora Newell, Professional Support Lawyer in Central Knowledge Management, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP
Cora joined City law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP in October 2004 as the Professional Support Lawyer in Central Knowledge Management. Prior to that, she worked for a number of City firms as a corporate professional support lawyer and a practising corporate solicitor.
At Berwin Leighton Paisner, Cora assists in developing and implementing the firm's KM strategy and managing its KM processes. This includes the consideration of client-facing initiatives. She is responsible for the firm's intranet and is heavily involved in KM IT issues. Cora is chair of the firm's ten partner cross-departmental Template Review Committee and has, in this capacity, spearheaded, project managed and implemented a new firm-wide house style launched in January 2007. The Committee are now undertaking, under her leadership, a major review of boilerplate in order to achieve harmonisation of these standard clauses across the firm.
