This workshop is designed to provide an overview to those in the legal profession who know or believe that knowledge is an important aspect in making their business a success. The aim of the workshop is to help participants:

About your workshop leader:

Juliet Humphries is an experienced professional in knowledge management with 17 years' practical experience. Juliet set up Pierian Spring Consulting in October 2004 working with clients to develop their knowledge strategies to support their business objectives and bring business benefit. Juliet qualified as a lawyer and was one of London 's first Professional Support Lawyers. For nine years Juliet was Director of Knowledge at Linklaters with global responsibility for the knowledge and information services provided within the firm and to its clients. Juliet has an MBA in Law Firm Management.
